It is highly recommended for those prone to and recovering from:

  • Ongoing tiredness
  • Excess fluids,

Corporate/Seated
This massage is given in the work place or the convenience of any location if this massage is more suited to you.
 
A session is given with the client fully clothed and without oils. Each session can range from 5 to 20 mins per person. Depending upon the client's needs, practitioners may focus on the back and shoulder or also on other high stress areas including the arms, neck and hands.
 
Seated massage is ideally undertaken weekly.
